What I’m useful for
Repositioning a brand that’s trusted but dated. Building marketing as a function rather than a service desk. Deciding what your media budget should own instead of rent. Working out where AI actually compounds. Building a team you own. And telling a founder the uncomfortable thing early, while it’s still cheap.
What I’m not useful for
Execution at volume. A team of juniors. A 90-slide deck. Anything where you’ve already decided the answer and want it validated — there are firms that do that beautifully, and I’d be bad at it.
The disciplines
- 01Brand StrategyPositioning, architecture, and the posture that moves a business.
- 02Growth StrategyAcquisition systems and the brand–performance balance.
- 03Media StrategyOwn environments; rent the rest deliberately.
- 04Marketing TransformationStructure, systems and board-readable measurement.
- 05AI for MarketingReach and language, with governance.
- 06Team BuildingCapability you own, hired for curiosity.
