Contact · Consulting & Advisory

Tell me what’s actually going wrong.

For consulting and advisory enquiries. The most useful first note describes the real problem, not just a request for a call.

The short version

The best consulting conversations start from a specific problem. If you can tell me what the business does, what you think the marketing problem is, and what changed recently, the first reply can be genuinely useful rather than a scheduling exchange.

‘Can we jump on a call?’ is a question. ‘Here’s what’s wrong’ is the start of an answer.

What to include

For a consulting enquiry, include:

  • What the business does, in a line or two.
  • What you think the marketing problem is — and what you’ve already tried.
  • What changed recently: a plateau, a launch, a hire, a board conversation.
  • The constraint you think is immovable (that’s often the interesting part).
