Using AI to scale trust, not just content.
Institutional financial expertise is some of the most valuable content in the country. It was also locked behind English and a one-to-few format. AI was the key.
A firm like this generates a firehose of genuinely useful expertise — research, market views, education. But almost all of it reached only English-reading India, delivered one-to-few. The audience that needed it most, in their own language, was structurally shut out.
If we could scale a trusted voice responsibly, we could reach millions who’d never been spoken to in their own language. The insight
Most ‘AI in marketing’ conversations are about producing more content faster. That’s the boring half. The interesting half is scaling a trusted voice — taking institutional credibility that used to require a person in a studio and making it speak, personally, to millions in the language they think in.
We built a digital twin — an avatar of brand leadership — to deliver personalised content at scale, and launched regional social pages in five Indian languages powered entirely by AI-generated content. It became a repeatable, AI-native content engine rather than a one-off stunt.
Institutional financial expertise made accessible beyond English-speaking India for the first time, at a scale no human team could staff. The line I held throughout, and still do: AI scales a voice — it never invents one that isn’t accountable to a real person.
