Healthcare and finance are the same marketing problem wearing different coats.

An honest note: this is transferable expertise from adjacent regulated, trust-driven categories — not a claim of a long healthcare client list. Because the underlying problem is one I know deeply.

The short version

I’ll be straight about this page: my client work has been deepest in financial services, not healthcare. But healthcare marketing and BFSI marketing are structurally the same problem — regulated, high-trust, high-stakes, and easy to get catastrophically wrong. The expertise that matters here transfers directly, and I’d rather tell you that than pad a page with borrowed logos.

Both categories ask the customer to trust you with something they can’t afford to get wrong. That’s the whole game.

The structural parallel

Why the expertise transfers

Healthcare and financial services share the same core dynamics: strict regulation on what you can claim, a customer making an anxious high-stakes decision, trust as the actual product, and a category-wide temptation to hide behind jargon instead of speaking plainly.

The applicable lessons

What BFSI taught that applies

How to market inside real compliance constraints, how to build trust when the customer has reason to be wary, how to use credible practitioners over celebrities, and how to talk about the things a cautious category would rather avoid — all of which map directly onto healthcare and wellness.

Where I fit, and where I don’t

The honest position

If you’re a healthcare or wellness brand, what I bring is deep experience in the adjacent regulated-trust category, not a portfolio of healthcare campaigns. For some brands that pattern-match is exactly right; for others, a healthcare specialist is the better call. I’ll tell you which.
