You could read the next few pages as a list of companies and campaigns. I’d rather you didn’t. The names are just the places a way of thinking got tested, broke, and rebuilt.
The short version: I was a Marwari kid who wasn’t good at school, found the internet, and discovered that a well-made brand could make a corner shop look like a category leader. That one idea — that perception is a lever most businesses leave on the floor — has followed me from a ₹11 web studio to a listed financial institution. Everything below is how it grew up.
